Blueberries are an abundant source of antioxidants, perhaps the best source on earth. So much research has shown all the benefits antioxidants have on the human body, from fighting cancer to keeping our bodies young. Eating the right foods is only half the benefit, without a chiropractic adjustment those great nutrients will have little effect on your body.
