Dr. Ashley Turus (Whitford) is a second generation Chiropractor, who grew up in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Growing up in a Chiropractic family, Dr. Ashley understands and knows how important it is to live CLEAR and subluxation FREE! Dr Ashley has been getting adjusted since she was born and has lived a life with a holistic mindset of no drugs or surgeries, only chiropractic.
Dr. Ashley graduated from Life University, in Marietta, Georgia, in 2010 at the top of her class and was bestowed the honor of CUM LAUDE.
Since receiving her degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic she has had the opportunity to adjust thousands of people serving a very busy office in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Ashley loves the outdoors and really enjoys Florida living. Her hobbies include Crossfit, going to the beach, and loving her 8 year old puppy Duke.
Dr. Ashley's passion for chiropractic is centered around caring for families, infants, children, and expectant mothers. She is one of few chiropractors in South Florida who has accumulated 180+ hours in modules offered by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in the Webster Technique. Dr. Ashley looks forward to caring for you and your family.
Patricia moved to Florida from New Jersey and attended Florida Atlantic
University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science
and Health Promotion in 2015. Patricia has always had a passion for
functional movements and Kinesiology. During Patricia’s Senior Year in
college she completed an internship at a Chiropractic Office and that is
when she realized her passion with the Chiropractic field. Patricia
continued in that path and pursued her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life
University in Marietta, Georgia graduating in 2019. Patricia completed
her clinical hours as a student here at Life First Chiropractic and is
ecstatic being back now as a Doctor in Chiropractic.
Patricia has completed many seminar hours focusing on prenatal and
pediatric care, is a member of International Club Pediatric Association and
has completed the BirthFit Seminar. Patricia believes Chiropractic
treatment is safe, gentle, and effective in helping expectant mothers cope
with pregnancy symptoms as well as with helping newborns, young and
adolescent children express their lives to the fullest.
Patricia enjoys staying active and mobile participating in CrossFit,
Scuba and Running. She also enjoys outdoor activities and spending time
with her pet French Bulldog, Yogi Bear.
